Kathy, Physical Therapy Aide
Kathy was raised in Minnesota before relocating to the East Coast to pursue her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. With experience in health and wellness, she began her career as a personal trainer and rehab aide specializing in working with individuals managing chronic conditions. Her path to physical therapy began when she became a patient herself, which deepened her appreciation for the field and its impact on improving lives.
Returning to the Midwest, she is pursuing further education to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and reconnecting with the vibrant lifestyle of the Twin Cities.
